Sunny winter days

Today and yesterday have been seriously perfect winter days.. a cool breeze but the sun warms you up when you're in it, a perfect temperature.
It's also been perfect for finding great bargains... well I'm not sure that the weather had anything to do with that.. luck! Did a bit of op shopping yesterday and picked up two dresses and a necklace... one of the dresses my husband lovingly refers to as 'the curtain' and the other is this seriously glamorous cerise pleated cowl back vintage dress. It's slightly too tight around the waist area but for a dress that beautiful I think I can put up with feeling like I'm wearing a corset. In the afternoon I walked the dogs around our area and the local school/church was setting up for a garage sale on Sunday. I walked down there this morning and everything was 'fill a bag for $2' - I rejoiced! I came home with 2 bags packed full of vintage clothing including two hand knitted items- a cream cable knit dress and a pink buttoned vest. Everything is hanging on the line at the moment... but I hope to be able to take pics soon! :)
